  I highly recommend this lawyer and his staff. They were very sincere, professional, committed, polite and so much more...they really went above and beyond. I was really nervous during my process due to the uncertainty, but they were confident and that helped a lot throughout this process. I'm really happy and satisfied with the results. The process was really smooth and we didn't encounter any problems or delays. I'm now a resident and it's all thanks to them. Robert Bell is a great professional, really smart and sets very realistic expectations. From the beginning he presented me with all my options.   Undoubtedly, the first thing you notice when you meet Attorney Robert M Bell Esquire, is his professional confidence, that exudes the minute you meet him, by his unmistakable finesse and etiquette that is truly him as a person, as a professional this sets him apart. His " integrity ", knowledge and approach has truly earned him, the true meaning of the word " Esquire." Excellence, noteworthy and truly a noble knight of the law. He will never mislead you. Integrity, is indeed the core value of his practice, along with his intellect, given in many ways, by given you the insight that is needed. It is like a flashlight, leading the way into the dept of your case, with all of the above, his trust is earned, for him to be your attorney. After interviewing several other attorneys, I met Attorney Bell in February of 2007 and hired him on behalf of a family friend. Attorney Bell was then a young 27 years old, with a big case on his hands, a case of Moral Turpitude, chargeable with deportation. It did not take, but a minute, for me to immediately see, who this human being is, and by Attorney Bell giving me the flashlight to the case, without a doubt, I knew he was the man for the job. Regardless of his age, his credentials spoke for itself, amongst other things, he won The Pro Bono Immigration Year Book award, at Florida State University in 2005, as well as his study of law, at Oxford, England. This case was over and done with, in a mere 6 weeks, which included a jail visit to Palm Beach County Jail, 2 trips to the Federal Detention Center, in Bradenton Florida, a FBI clearance, a master hearing and a final hearing, when the immigration waiver was granted on behalf of his client. This case would also have been over in less time, had it not been for a 17 day hold, for The Federal Detention Center to get the defendant from the Palm Beach County Jail, to Bradenton Florida. I have since then recommended Attorney Bell any chance I get. Recommendations to Attorney Bell has been 100% successful. Especially cases, where before recommendation they felt that their case was not being handled appropriately or had any merit.
