  Preparation is Key Folks!! Went on Monday, February 20, 2017. It is highly recommended to make an appointment. Do it if you can. My appointment was for 9am. I arrived at the location minutes before 9 and there were about 14 people waiting for the agency to open. The agency opened at 9:03. Everyone had to form a line, and then an employee would ask you what service you needed. When I reached the employee, I told her I had a 9 o'clock appointment, she ushered me to the front of the line, and was able to jump the 14 people to get served right away. Easy Breezy. I had the required documents that are stated on their website as well as my check book and cash. This is NON CREDIT/DEBIT CARD facility. My entire transaction took no more than 20 minutes. Make your lives a little less stressful....be prepared, have all DOCS needed, if you're unsure, call or go on the website. They are a helpful multilingual staff. **Added bonus, if you make an appointment, you will receive an email confirmation of your upcoming date.**

  slowest people of all time. I think they get paid a commission based off of how long they can waste people's time. If you feel like being tortured, losing your mind and love dealing with incompetence this is the place for you!
